Hopeful Hearts Collection

Terms of Service

What Hopeful Hearts is, what it is not, and what we each agree to.

Last updated 25 October 2026

Who we are

Hopeful Hearts Collection, based in General Santos City, Philippines, founded and run by Dee Tagapan. Contact: support@hopefulheartscollection.info · 0962 393 7794.

By using the planner, this website, or anything else we make, you are agreeing to what follows. If you do not agree with it, please do not use them.

What Hopeful Hearts is — and is not

If something is urgent

The planner is not for emergencies and nobody is monitoring it. If your child is in danger or needs urgent care, contact your doctor or your local emergency services straight away.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child, or someone they have authorised. One membership is for one family. Children do not use the planner themselves — you do, on their behalf.

The plans

PlanPriceWhat it is
Free Basic₱0 foreverThe planner's core sections, yours to keep. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel.
Guided Kit₱499 one timeAdds Therapy Hub, School Support, Emergency Card, For Caregivers, QR Card and Care Summary. Bought once; yours from then on.
Complete Support₱899 one timeEverything, plus Ate Hope AI, the Resources Library, the Life Transition Toolkit and the Budget Planner. Bought once; yours from then on. Ate Hope is included for the first 30 days, then ₱199 for 30 more days if you want to keep it.

Prices are in Philippine pesos. If we ever change them, what you already bought is not affected — a plan you have paid for stays yours.

Your access code

Paying, and what happens if a payment fails

Nothing to cancel

Both paid plans are paid once, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will be charged again. If you buy an Ate Hope pass, it simply ends after 30 days unless you choose to buy another — you do not need to cancel it.

Refunds

If something is wrong, please tell us before you ask for your money back — most problems are something we can fix the same day, and we would much rather fix it. If we cannot, here is where you stand:

Both paid plans are paid once. Guided Kit is ₱499 one time and Complete Support is ₱899 one time. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The only part with a date on it is the Ate Hope pass, which you choose to buy or not.

We refund when what you paid for does not work. For example:

Try the free planner first. Free Basic is yours with no payment and no card, so you can see exactly what the planner is before you pay anything. Because of that, a change of mind after the paid sections have been opened is not refunded.

If your situation is genuinely unusual — a charge you did not make, or access you paid for and could not use — write to us and we will put it right.

When a refund is issued, your access moves to whatever you still own — the Guided Kit if you bought it separately, otherwise Free Basic. Nothing you have written is deleted, ever.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, through the same payment provider, and usually take a few working days to appear.

Email support@hopefulheartscollection.info with your plan, the email you paid with, and your payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights.

What you write stays yours

You own everything you put into the planner. We claim no rights over it, and we do not use it to train anything. We cannot even read it — see the Privacy Policy for exactly where it lives.

What we made — the planner, the guides, the activity cards, the kits, the name and the artwork — stays ours. You may use it with your own family and print whatever is useful. Please do not resell it, republish it, or share paid material with people who have not bought it.

A few things we ask you not to do

When things do not work

This is a small business, not a large one with a night shift. We work hard to keep everything running, and the planner is built to keep working offline when your signal does not — but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and services we rely on can have their own bad days. We will always tell you honestly what happened.

We provide the planner as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here takes away rights Philippine consumer law gives you — it cannot, and we would not want it to.

Changes, and which law applies

If we change these terms in a way that matters we will update the date at the top and tell members by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and anything that cannot be settled between us belongs in the courts of General Santos City.
